Flowing Into Work/Life Harmony


Following the Great Resignation there have been a slew of layoffs. Big tech also laid off 100,000 globally according to Layoffs.fyi. However the staggering statistic is that women in tech were 65 percent more likely to be laid off than men. And with only 34.4% of the workforce of the U.S.'s largest tech companies (Amazon, Apple, Facebook, Google, and Microsoft), that are women, those aren’t great odds.
